Choose the right PDF workflow
Use Merge PDF when several files need to become one document, Split PDF or Extract Pages when you only need part of a file, Organize PDF when pages are out of order, and Rotate PDF when scans are sideways. Scan to PDF is designed for photos of paper documents, while OCR PDF is intended for scanned pages that need readable, copyable text.
Office conversion tools
Word, Excel and PowerPoint use editable document structures while PDF uses fixed pages. Browser-based conversion can be useful for common files, but complex fonts, spreadsheets, charts, fields, animations and desktop-specific layout features may render differently.
