Organize PDF
Reorder PDF pages using a custom page sequence.
How to organize PDF pages
Choose a PDF, move the pages into the correct order, review the sequence and export the reorganized document. The original file remains unchanged.
Why page order matters
Scanned packets, applications, reports and combined documents often arrive with pages out of sequence. Reordering lets you correct the reading flow without editing the content of each page.
Check document structure
Review covers, table-of-contents pages, appendices and signature pages before export. Internal printed page numbers can help confirm the intended order.
Mixed page sizes and orientation
Organizing pages does not automatically normalize dimensions or rotate them. Use Rotate PDF separately if orientation needs correction.
Good workflow
For a complex packet, first organize pages, then merge additional files if needed, and finally add page numbers if you want one continuous numbering sequence.
Privacy
Page organization is designed to be processed locally in the browser where supported.
