PixelFree does not have a support account inside the tools. Write to us by email. A useful report names the page, the browser, and what you expected to happen.
Report a broken tool
Include the full page URL, desktop or phone, the browser name, the file type (JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF), and the setting you used. For the image compressor, say the quality percent and whether the estimated size changed when you moved the slider. Do not send the original file if it contains personal photos you do not want stored in an inbox.
Privacy and corrections
Privacy questions about logs, ads, or this policy go to the same address. If a help page states something wrong about how a tool works, send the URL and the sentence. We correct factual errors on the page.
What we will not answer
We cannot recover a file after you close the tab, and we cannot review a document for legal, medical, or print compliance. We do not offer custom development on request.
